The living and sleeping area features a double sofabed, making it a versatile space that can serve both as a lounge and an additional sleeping area, and opens directly onto the terrace. The first double bedroom offers a restful and private retreat. A studio space is also part of the layout, furnished with a double bed and a dining table, and benefits from direct access to the garden as well as its own shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen is well-appointed with a dining table and is equipped with 4 hot plates and an oven. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the remaining areas of the property. The house also features a large terrace and a garden, providing generous outdoor living space.
