Helpful staff, good food, comfy beds. No water supply to rooms overnight - unable to flush the toilet and a tepid shower in the morning. Not ideal as stayed in Suffolk for my mother's funeral on the 23rd and already stressed.

I llke staying at this hotel as it very quiet and not over crowded like the London Road branch. I was fined £60 at the London Road branch for just enquiring if they had a room that evening which they had'nt so I will never stay there again Regards Peter C. Locke

The staff were superb in helping our low-mobility family member. The hotel is easily accessed from the A14 and is handy for reaching the Nuffield Trust Hospital at Martlesham. Parking at the hotel is free of charge.
