Thank you for your feedback. We can assure you that the owners do care and are doing things to improve the standard of the property. We have completed room refurbishment to 50 of our rooms and our restaurant and bar area will be revamped by the beginning of 2020. We have noted your comments about the breakfast staff and the person will be dealt with.
