The staff other than Beki was rude. You checked in on a kiosk. The toilet seat was broken. The shower rod was falling off. I was afraid to stand in parts of the tub while showering for fear I would fall through. The day we were scheduled to arrive we called to let them know we were going to pay with cash and were informed they don’t accept cash only card and if we didn’t agree to that they would sell the room out from under us. Then while we were checking in they informed us that your rate (hotels.com) was double what they would have charged for 7 days ($380 for them vs $812 your price). So to say your site is the cheapest is incorrect and should be price matched!

Meh

Room had a musty smell otherwise room was clean. No breakfast to speak of. Yogurt cups and juices. No coffee but there is coffee in your room. Also check in was remote by a person in Singapore!
To check in you press the screen and wait for a person to appear. The room key comes out of the machine. Strange but it worked.

The carpet felt like it was shampooed but had not been extracted properly. It felt weird so we wore shoes until bed. Microwave had dried ramen inside. Bathroom corners had a build up of grime. Bathroom sink had scant trickle for hot and cold. We washed hands in the shower. Bedding was clean and staff was friendly.

Book elsewhere

This is the forth worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of places around the planet. Book elsewhere. People hanging out outside drinking and smoking. Exterior doors didn’t lock. Check in process was bazaar. Everything was shabby but bedding was clean. I would not have stayed in the room solo. I would have cancelled my reservation if there had been an option to and I was not completely exhausted from driving all day.

Would never stay at magnuson. Bad location, terrble breakfast, no direct contact Everything is done on a screen including getting room key. Breakfast was yogurt, juice you can pour in a glass and coffee. Second day there no yogurt left. Very poor experience.

The kiosk for check in where you essentially Zoom call someone to get your keys and such is weird…but I can get over that. But when we went to use the bathroom, the water was a weird orange color. Sink, toilet, and shower. Went out to the kiosk to report it and hopefully figure out what was going on, Zoom guy called the manager to our room and when she got there told us the city had changed some pipes and to just let the water run. We did, for a long time! It never got better and even smelled weird…we didn’t even brush our teeth that night! Continental breakfast was a fridge with jugs of juice and some oranges/apples…not even like bagged muffins or anything. Definitely not our best stay.

Lack of advertised service.

Put a up to date picture of what your hotel really looks like. Your on site staff lady was very pleasant and helpful, especially when our TV was not even hooked up to work. Did not like your robotic check in. Also do not advertise on site coin laundry when you do not have it.
