I am an artist so my art reflects my home it's a 1 bedroom with one bathroom full dining room kitchen and patio it has two TVs smart one in the bedroom and one in the living room very roomy clean you could use the kitchen and all the utensils the patio has a lot of plants and flowers to enjoy while you sit on the swing or the soft chair lighting to set the mood
. Has in wireless internet is a very quiet neighborhood close to walking distance to a trader Joe's a Smart & final Ralphs and Albertsons as well as a few other stores it is also walking distance to two Parks and two trails and has great walking all around as well as super safe community in the heart of Irvine in a prime location close to local places such as the spectrum one exit over
