Villas sur la cÎte ouest de Puerto Rico - Sont 8 appartements individuels gracieusement situés sur l'une des plages les plus vierges sur la cÎte ouest de l'ßle - Shacks / Jobos / Guajataca Beach, Isabela, Porto Rico.

Chaque villa offre 2, 3 ou 4 chambres pouvant accueillir 4 ou 5 personnes, cuisine complÚte, salle de bains, salon avec cùble, TV écran plat, DVD, chaßne hi-fi, ventilateurs de plafond, A / C, draps, serviettes, chaises longues, patio , à quelques pas de l'océan, des hamacs, parking et barbecue. Il y a d'excellents restaurants et la vie nocturne à environ 5 minutes. Grande visite touristique, casinos, équitation, tennis et golf à proximité.

L'océan est à quelques pas des villas et il est calme et sûr pour toute la famille. Il est parfait pour la baignade, la plongée en apnée superbe, la planche à voile et la plongée sous-marine. TrÚs bien connu pour son Blue Hole et sous les grottes d'eau. Il y a des supermarchés, des magasins de sports nautiques, des restaurants, des boßtes de nuit et des casinos à proximité.

Cette région est trÚs populaire pour les surfeurs, la plongée sous-marine, la plongée en apnée, les bains de soleil et les vacanciers qui recherchent la solitude privée et sauvage. C'est l'endroit le plus proche du paradis.

A week in PR

Expectations versus realizations. I personally enjoyed the home as it is clean and cozy. Nothing extravagant but nice for the money. My sister was not quite as happy as she thought the carpets were not as clean as she thought they should be and one of the beds was damaged and not really useable. There was a foldout bed that did save the day but not the most comfortable. Overall small deficiencies but the stay was nice. A comfortable quiet location.

A few steps from the sand

We stayed at Villa Argentina apt #1.The place was cleaned and neat. It’s a small apartment but it has the essentials and the beds are comfy, best of all, the beach is just a few steps away from the beach. We had a slight inconvenience with the A/C in the master bedroom but my husband was able to fix it and it worked for the weekend (but it must be changed). Overall a great experience.

Worst Experience Ever

The property indicated in the listing WAS NOT the property offered to us. The listing was 10 km away from the property we were directed to. No internet, no wifi, no beach access, no ocean view, no pool and a dozen other minor short comings. No communication with the owner or property manager. Although our reservation was through July 5th, the owner rented the property to another person on June 29th. I am currently awaiting to hear from your Guarantee Department for my refund, which was approved on July 2nd. I dont understand how you let these people get away with such fraud and deception.

Won't be using VRBO anymore

Listing was misleading in location and accomodations. Listing said 2bdrm 2bath, was only 2bdrm 1bath... Also directions referenced villa on the beach which we thought we were beach side and staying in but apparently we weren't as we discovered UPON ARRIVAL. We received no check in instructions the day of and upon arrival had to track down the owner for them. The only directions we received via text again referenced the beach side home we thought we were getting but didn't. Couldn't find the place even from the directions bc again the place we stayed in (Villa Argentina) was never heard of or mentioned until we were there seeing it for the first time. We couldn't find our place bc we were looking for villa rivero as the directions referenced...again Very misleading and unfortunate experience for us. Don't feel we got what we paid for and won't be using this service again.

I NEED HELP

On June 19, 2020, I rented a house in Isabela, Puerto Rico to say from June 26th, to June 28th. Property #159278vb Reservation ID HA-C1K8KJ I received confirmation through email. On June 26th, we went from our home to Isabela. This is a two hour drive. With a newborn and a car packed with everything we needed. When we got to Isabela, the pin took us to a Church in town. Not the property. As to that effect, we contacted the property owner. When we call she told us that there was a mistake in the reservation and that the property we rented was not available. It is my opinion that this should have been notified to me prior to us driving and getting everything ready for our stay. The property owner told us that she had another apartment that she could give us to stay. At that moment, we were taken to this other apartment to see it. This apartment was horrible. She told us she had another apartment. We went to see the other apartment. The apartment was not what we wanted and not even close to what we originally rented. But since it was already late in the day and after driving two hours, we decided to stay there. At least it was clean. Once we were accommodated, we turned on the air conditioner. The air conditioner from one of the rooms did not work. The property owner later sent some workers to verify the air conditioner. It did not work. So the workers came again to change the air conditioner. As in, take out the one already there and install a new one. During this time, we had to leave the apartment. The air conditioner was installed and working by more or less 8:00 pm. So, we basically lost that day entirely in trying to locate a place to stay and once we were provided with a place, we had to wait for them to fix the air conditioner. I paid for that they. I contacted Costumer Support the same day. I told them what was going on and that I needed help. They told me that the were going to contact the homeowner and that they were going to call me back to let me know how they could help. As of today, I have not received a call back or an email. In my opinion, this is very disrespectful and insensible. They don’t even know if I was able to resolve the matter. I could have been left without a place to stay. This has been a very bad experience. As I told you, all we wanted to do was to have a nice relaxing weekend with everything that is going on in the world with COVID19 and could not. I am trying to contact costumer service for help.

Wonderful Spot to Get Away

What a wonderful location to get away from the hustle and bustle for a few days. We were steps away from the gorgeous beach, Shacks, close to Jobos and in proximity of some really great restaurants and attractions. The unit itself was clean, quiet, and well kept and though we weren't there during much of the day, it was a great place to come back to and just relax either inside or on the porch. Would definitely stay again!

Quaint, cute, clean, house just steps from a great quiet beach

We were very pleased with the Villa Argentina property, just 1 block away from Shacks beach, which is a great quiet beach with clean sand, clear water, and thundering surf. There were several lovely quiet coral pools to snorkel in, but only the most experienced kite surfers or locals would dare brave the pounding surf and strong currents for more than waist high wading. Ms. Lorraine was very accomodating of our very late arrival, and met us at 2am (!) to let us into the property. A rental car was absolutely necessary to reach the beach from Aquadilla airport, but our weekly car rental was cheaper that the parking fees at our home airport. The property is in a tiny residential beach neighborhood, but there are many great local restaurants within 10 minutes, and Aquadilla and Isabella are only 20 minutes away. This is a perfect location for a quiet family or romantic get away, and Aquadilla airport is quick and easy. Great way to enjoy the laid back vibe of Western Puerto Rico.

Not exactly as advertised

Items advertised on the page were not available. Internet and Cable TV were options that led me to this apartment. Neither was available. Apartment does not includes a Clothes dryer as advertised. Bathroom fixtures were broken and the water heater did not work. The electrical outlet for the water heater had a short-circuit burn mark. Just to make matters worse, the electrical power went down early Saturday night and did not return. We left the property at 8AM and still no power on site. You could only hear the loud sound of the neighbors generator. I know its not the landlord fault, but it made my weekend more miserable than it was.

Good location just one row in from the beach. Easy/short walk to the sand. Unit was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great, which isn't always the case. Parking easy. Kitchen a bit dated/very small, but ok and clean overall. We enjoyed our stay!
