We are also just 4 blocks from the Isla Mujeres docking dock and two streets from Av Hidalgo which is the main street not traveled by vehicles where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, jewelry stores and everything a bit. from the balcony of your room you can see the sunsets without leaving the room.

Great location and plenty of privacy! Host communicated and answered questions. Someone also checked in on me to answer questions or get anything I needed. I love that beach chairs and an umbrella were included too!

The photos are not accurate. On the plus side, Claudia does a great job cleaning, the air conditioner works great, good location, and quiet at night. On the negative side, it needs major work. Kitchen sink only had warm water, no cold. Bathroom had only cold water in the sink. This was after we had the plumber out for repair for no water in the kitchen. Shower worked but the slope of the floor does not catch any water so everything is wet after a shower. Toilet leaked when you flushed it. One morning on the stairs the plaster fell off and landed all over the stairs. The mattress was dirty, although there were no bugs in the unit so that was good. There was no safe. . Owner Jose was very responsive until I ask him for a partial refund. Then he became silent and we did not hear from him again. I would not recommend this place.

Perfect Location!

This studio apartment was perfect for our stay in Isla Mujeres. It is just across the street from the beach. There are trees between the balcony and the ocean, so you just see peaks of water between the palm trees! It is walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shopping. My husband loved sitting on the balcony in the late evenings and early mornings watch in the island go to sleep and wake up. The place is pretty basic. We did have an issue with shortage of hot water, but I think that is to be expected in an island. The issue was resolved quickly. Communication is good with the hosts. The place was very clean and the air conditioner was wonderful after a day in the heat and humidity. We are looking forward to staying here next time we visit. My only suggestions would be for a better check in system, so we don’t have to wait on someone to pick up the key and more comfortable beds. But all in all this is a great place. I was concerned that it might be loud as it is on a busier road, but it really wasn’t an issue. There are nice sliding doors/windows and the businesses pretty much closed up by 10 or 11 pm.

Perfectly practical in excellent location

The suite was simple but in a perfect location. The balcony is over the main road at the oceanfront but not too loud and with excellent views of the beach and perfect for “people watching”. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, dishes…everything you need for a long or short visit. I will definitely come back. Jose was easy to communicate with. A special thanks to Claudia as well.

Great location w kitchen!

This place was really ideal for a last minute video call before catching the ferry! Beach palm tree ocean view!!! Kitchen table, living room area and the kitchen had a full sized fridge which was much appreciated!

Convenient location

It was the perfect accommodation with no frills. Location made it perfect to walk to anything needed. We did take a taxi a few times to the other end of the island, for a small fee. We were on the go most of our stay so it was perfect for the two of us.
