Pretty sure this place flooded and never repaired

The location was great, the woman at the desk was nice and upon first glance the room looked ok. After walking in the room we quickly realized something was not right. The floor was not level and everyone you stepped the laminate moved and made noise. Pretty confident this place completely flooded and the floors were never replaced. The air was very humid in the room which tells me my guess about flooding is prob correct and moisture in the walls. There was ZERO water pressure and it took me nearly 20min to wash the shampoo from my hair. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were like sandpaper they were so hard and rough. The pillows were tiny and only two on each bed so bring pillows unless you want your neck to kill you for days to follow. Being in a fishing town we went to the ice machine to fill the cooler and were met with several signs saying that we are NOT allowed to fill the cooler or we will be caught on camera.

The entire property was clean and well maintained. My room was absolutely spotless! Way beyond my expectations. Extra points for the condition of the bedlinens and towels.

This is a wonderful, small hotel to stay at. The employees were wonderful! The room was comfortable, though the pillows could be better. The only slight complaint we had was that the heated pool was a little warm for summer in the Keys. Overall we would definitely stay here again!
