Guests walk up the exterior steps of the home from the driveway to the front porch and enter the front door into the kitchen. There's an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, dining and living room areas. All three bedrooms -- as well as the home's two bathrooms -- are located off the kitchen and living room area of the home. There is a back deck accessible from the living room.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. Tenant must be 25 years old. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
