Located on a jungly quiet street right off the beach, this home is a very special little sanctuary with lush gardens & lots of spaces for lounging & drinking morning coffee or an evening cocktail! A short walk to the beach with your surfboard (IOP is the surf beach & not crowded!) or a 3 minute drive into downtown, with grocery store & restaurants, Sullivans is 10 mins away. The house is like a true bright breezy beach house with all updated amenities - a full renovation finished in March 2020.
