Exceptional price and value ratio

We were at Abel Hotel with two small children. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Every day was the room cleaned, even the towels changed! Breakfast was every day served, although it was every day the same, but with wide selection. Location perfect, Yenikapi metro is 2 minutes walk away. The staff helped to organize airport transport even in the last minute. Very satisfied!

A diamond in the rough

The staff was very good. Breakfast was pretty good and the view of the Sea was a big plus. They have very low prices, so it was an excellent value. The room was pretty big and everything worked. The downside was the mattress and pillows were hard and not comfortable in my room, and I have low standards. Also the shower grout needs attention - cleaning or replacement.

There was a squished, dead cockroach on the wall, that evidently stayed there for a long time. We were put in a much smaller room than shown on the photos at reservation. We also saw living cockroaches on the floor in our room. The cleanliness is poor. The breakfast was good, location also good, staff pretty friendly but not helpful at all about the room situation. The neighbourhood is bad, even though it’s the center of the city.

Ottimo hotel, a due passi dalla metro e dalla fermata del bus linea gialla. Personale molto gentile, camere efficienti con ricambio giornaliero di campioncini shampoo. Colazione turca ottima e abbondante, in compagnia dei dolcissimi gabbiani che ti guardano e chiedono un po' di cibo. Quando tornerò a Istanbul, sicuramente tornerò all'Abel Hotel.
