Beautiful property, rooms are dark though. Wish i had known hotel was “dry” and that gym hourse were segregated by gender. The timing with active touring never worked for me to go to the gym. Be aware that this part of Istanbul has very steep hills and wear appropriate footwear to walk to restaurants and sights.

Excellent experience all around! Beautiful panoramic view of the Bosphorus and old city Istanbul with wide variety of options for breakfast. Service was also top notch, especially bell captain Aytac, who was especially hospitable and one of the highlights of our experience as a result of his attention to detail and warmth towards us. Safe neighborhood with good dining options nearby, and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. Room was spacious and service was prompt. 10/10 would stay here again.

This was amazing! Definitely recommend staying here. Great great location to sultanahmet. Also the service is incredible everyone is more than kind to you. Also had the option to text concierge directly which is extremely nice!!!! Overall very luxurious and comfortable.

Everything clean and first-rate, top of the line services, everyone's competent, helpful,and gracious throughout our stay. From smaller gestures, like a complimentary refreshing drink on arrival and an unexpected souvenir gift after a simpler seamless checkout. Competent and useful concierge and front desk staff always warmly greeted us, and transportation was always readied and at the door. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean and well stocked. Breakfast was not as elaborate as the Ritz-Carlton or other 5-star hotels provide, but still most satisfying and the white tablecloth and professional wait staff superior. Will absolutely stay here again when in Istanbul, as the superior experience is accentuated by its ready proximity to everything. Again, a thoroughly superior experience!

From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing. They go above and beyond for you. The level of service here is incredible. The hotel lobby is gorgeous with its massive mable pillars inside and has great places to relax and admire the architectural details. The rooms are big and well decorated inside. The bed was comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows. The breafast buffet had everything you could want with a spectacular view of the harbor. It's walking distance to the Blue mosque, grand bazaar, and many restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Other hotel should take note on the level of service that AJWA gives for a true 5 star experience 👌
