It was very good location near shops restaurants and close to metro if needed . Family room unfortunately do not have good view but it is ok since most of the time we are outside.

Nice but too noisy room

We took the luxury room which is a very nice room but we got it on the first floor which is actually almost as the mezzanine floor. when we first got to the room we could hear so many noises coming from the street so we informed them the reception who told us to make sure that the window is closed but we already did so we couldn’t sleep well on the first night and we spoke to them again and they said that the first floor windows are used of different material which is not soundproof and we asked to change the room but they had no availability unfortunately it was not comfortable since its so close to the street and the traffic light is right next to us so we kept hearing horns and noises all over the nice so we had to shift to another hotel.. the location good and shops are surrounding the hotel which is also steps away from the metro station. Also note that there is no lobby and just a small reception desk

Nice hotel

It was a good stay in Arcade, But during check out they try to charge me for one drinking bottle which I never opened it, But the reception lady trust my statement and they didn't charge me.

Excellent customer service is the lifeblood of any org. and Empathy breeds understanding, if customer feels understood, will feel valued. great location, Bistro and Cafe staff were the best,food was delicious every single time with reasonable price, all the staff were very nice and helpful, and i think all what i said and experienced at this place is due to an effective management, i truly felt as member of a family and not as number at my previous 5 star hotel. Thanks for having me :)
