The housekeeping was very bad, bathroom not clean and they always forget to put towels and tissues. Every day I called the reception to solve this issue but I didn’t get any solution. I don’t recommend their housekeeping services at all.

Loved my stay at Arjaan Bomonti. Would be even better if the gym and Spa opens soon within the facility instead of having to go outside to the adjacent Rotana Residence building

Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is a truly fabulous hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this establishment. The rooms are impressively spacious and very new, having been in operation for just a few months. Everything in the room was in perfect order, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and cleanliness. The service at Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana is exceptional. The staff are attentive, professional, and quick to respond to any requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The breakfast offered is generally good, though it could benefit from a greater variety of options to cater to different tastes. The location of the hotel is another significant advantage. Situated close to a Carrefour, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes, it provides convenient access to amenities and dining choices. Additionally, parking is hassle-free, which is a considerable benefit for those traveling by car. The apartment-like rooms are particularly well-suited for long stays, equipped with everything needed to make guests feel at home. I was impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the provision of dishwasher tablets and laundry powder alongside the dishwasher and washing machine. These small details demonstrate a commitment to guest comfort and convenience. It will be interesting to see how this hotel maintains its standards as it ages, but as of now, Bomonti Arjaan by Rotana offers outstanding value for

I am a Diamond member with Hilton HHONORS program. But I chose to stay at Bomanti Arjaan by Rotana. I am glad I stayed there and not at Hilton. I met Mr. Ufuk, the hotel general manager, 2 days after I checked in. He was on my floor checking the rooms. He greeted me and spoke to me about my stay. He was welcoming and very generous. He gave me his mobile phone number and told me to contact him if I need help with anything, even outside the hotel. He greeted me every time he saw me. The hotel is so clean and nice. The Apartments are very spacious and very clean. The cleanest and most spacious hotel Apartments I have seen in Turkey. The furniture is classy and comfortable. The apartments are equipped with everything including a washer/dryer. The restaurant is so clean and has a warm and welcoming feeling. The staff are also welcoming and speak good English. The breakfast is great in terms of quality and variety of options. The lady chef made me the best Omelet ever in terms of taste and presentation. In summary, I had a pleasant and exceptional experience during my stay at Bomanti Arjaan by Rotana. Frankly, I cannot find the words to describe how pleased I am with this stay. It is absolutely the best hotel stay I ever had in Turkey and one of my best stays ever! I will certainly stay in this hotel again. I highly recommend it! It is simply the best.
