Classic bait and switch. The apartment paid for was switched to a poor quality, sparsely furnished, run down, and 3 of the 4 chairs at the dining table were broken. We spent one night out of the four we paid for. Filed a complaint with Vrbo using their complaint procedure and Vrbo has not responded in three week or acknowledged any of my communications. Vrbo will not help you with your complaints with the property owner and the property owner has no incentive to respond since they have our money. Remember, you are not a customer of Vrbo, only a small fish in the ocean. The property owner IS Vrbo's customer and Vrbo will defend their customer in every way.
