am beyond thrilled that I stayed at this nice hotel!!! Location is great, close to the tramway and also to the shore..many many many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood, within like 4 or 3 minutes walk, including Arasta Bazaar that has a lot to offer Rooms are spacious, new and clean, they get cleaned daily and staff couldn’t be any more friendly! For both the cleaning staff and the guest service staff Speaking of staff, Amir, or Emir..not sure how to spell his name, made our stay even more pleasant and enjoyable with his knowledge about the attractions nearby and the concierge services that he provided, he made everything very easy for us from presenting tours to connecting us with other people who provided tourism services to making recommendations for pretty much anything we wanted to explore, he never disappointed! I am newly married, and searched many hotels in the area before finally decided to choose this hotel, and I would do it again every time!

Room is spacious and clean. Would be nice if the room curtains are wider as they don't block out fully. It's located in a vibrant street full of restaurants so it's convinent but not very quiet. They provide free use of sauna and a wonderful Turkish bath room, but you need to prepare your own tools to make the bubbles. Good communication, the staff response to messages quickly.

Positives were helpful staff, good breakfast, attractive bedroom. Negatives were cramped breakfast room and bathtub with nonworking jacuzzi that was difficult to get into. Also, though not the fault of the hotel, the transfer from the airport I ordered through the hotel was chaotic and not what I envisioned. A taxi would have been easier and probably cost the same or less.

Didn’t use the spa. Let me add this. Upon arrival, we were met by the desk manager. He made us feel as though we were his only guest. I’ve never quite experienced such concern for my welfare. The hotel itself, is an elegant, older building . It is perfectly cleaned and maintained. The desk manager’s level of concern for us was also displayed in every employee from the manager down to the cleaning lady! After our check out, the breakfast waiter offered to serve us coffee while we waited for our airport transport. When it arrived, he helped load our baggage! We really hated to leave!
