A marvellous experience. Best hotel I have ever stayed in and I stayed in a number during my working life. Everything is beautiful and exceeds expectations. The hotel staff are outstanding - without exception. We had booked a panorama room, but were upgraded to an executive suite with amazing views of the Sea of Marmara. It was a very large and well appointed suite. While check-in is at 3.00pm we had access to the suite immediately after we arrived at around 9.30am. You could not have asked for better. The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes from the main Istanbul areas in what appears an affluent area. There is a marina close by, but you can’t access it by walking along the waterfront as there are residential apartments. But quick access by taxi I would think, although we had meals in the hotel. Finally the rates are good value given the level of facilities and service.
