I needed a hotel for a 1.5 day stay over in Istanbul. This hotel was perfect. It was clean, in a great location, and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. Even though the restaurant was very tasty, there are loads of options within walking distance. The service set this hotel apart. All staff were extremely helpful and worked hard to answer my questions and offer guidance. A kind gentlemen Ilker even sorted a taxi for me and helped get me on my way.

Friendly, clean and accommodating

We had a long connection in Istanbul and needed a place to stay for about 8-10 hours. They were extremely accommodating with getting us an early check in. The people were very nice and the room was nice and clean. It’s located in a good area that is close to a ton of good food and dessert, as well as a short walk to the Galata Tower. I would stay here again next time I visit!

Great location, helpful staff.

Amazing location and good value. The room had everything I needed and was solid but small. Good shower and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful - made restaurant reservations, booked taxis and were overall pleasant. Only negatives: no ambient sound and sadly, the room was totally clean when I checked in BUT there was some old pee on the toilet seat. I let the front desk know and they offered to switch my room but I had already started to unpack so they sent housecleaning immediately and all else was great. Things happen.

This small hotel is conveniently located near the Galata bridge with lots of dining option and proximity to the Tram and Tunel funicular. There is no breakfast buffet available and the rooms are very small.
