Staff was amazing. The concierge guys Gokhan and Aziz were extremely helpful and greeted with courtesy. Reception staff was great. The breakfast area Nurcan hn was also great. She made our stay so much better and fun. Thanks to everyone they made us feel like we were at home.

The stay was beyond what I expected. The hotel is gorgeous. From the lobby, the breakfast room (with pianist in the morning!!!) and the spa facilities. Everything was fantastic. The staff took care of every need even before I had to ask. Including making me a to go breakfast bag at the reception at 5h35am before my early morning flight. Murat dus is definitely a model employee. Thank you for explaining the are to me, making coffee for breakfast and planning the breakfast before my flight. Thank you to the staff for the birthday cake. I had a blast! I can't forget the views at jin restaurant. The golden horn took my breath away. I would add a bit more weigth training equipment and a little area for crunches but otherwise, everything was superb. Get the hammam massage if you. The room is absolutely stunning.

azzonni Hotel is one of the most outstanding hotels we have stayed in the world. The greeting we received was both exceptional and kind from front office staff Nasim, Okan and Gokham. They took a genuine interest in us as guests. When our room was delayed Guest relations manager Kseniia invited us up to their beautiful restaurant and supplied us with complimentary drinks. Our junior suite was spacious and beautifully appointed with a spa and large shower and the views are incredible. Lazzonni does all the things better than the other 5 star hotels and we would choose this as our destination in Istanbul every time. And lastly to Serkan the Front Office Manager congratulations on running a perfect hotel and giving your staff the training to provide the exceptional customer service they gave us. Thankyou

Such an excellent hotel. The staff here are so excellent including the breakfast buffet, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and 6th floor restaurant. They are very hospitable, awesome food for breakfast buffet and a La carte meals. Special shout out to : Murat, mahmutcan, caner, and gokhon. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. A+++++ definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel and great service from arrival check in to departure. The only downfall was smoking in the breakfast area, which unfortunately is found EVERYWHERE in Turkey! Also to note its slightly further away and you will have to get taxi to the main parts of town, but reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who want comfort and something a little outside the main city!
