It is a great place to stay in , large rooms, clean and includes kitchen and washer drier . I was pleasantly surprised that they have an hourly shuttle to Taksim square . It was amazing service that made our trip so easy . I am planning to go back to Istanbul and I will stay there again .

We had an excellent experience staying at this place. Prime location near to everything as a tourist also new building with all the facilities inside. Staff extremely kind and cooperative. If I ever visited again I will stay at the same place. Thank you.

I booked a 2-bedroom apartment for my stay, clearly expecting a shared space for my group. However, upon arrival, we were given two completely separate rooms. This was not what we had reserved or needed, and it completely disrupted the purpose of our trip — we wanted to stay together as a family. When I raised the issue with the front desk, there was little acknowledgment or effort to correct the situation. No alternative options or compensation were offered, and it felt like the booking request wasn’t taken seriously. While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable individually, that doesn’t make up for the miscommunication and lack of customer service. A 2-bedroom apartment is not the same as two separate hotel rooms, and this should have been clarified before our arrival.

Gece 1 de giriş yaptım otele ve double yatak seçmeme rağmen 2 tek yataklı oda verdiler ardından durumu belirttim yardımcı oldular başka bir oda verdiler fakat bu seferde katta bulunan sigorta dolabı benim odamın içinde ve her 15 saniyede bir bip sesi geliyor durumu belirttim yetkili arkadaşlara fakat boş oda kalmadığı için ve gece olduğu için bir şey yapamayacaklarını belirttiler bu ses yüzünden uyuyamıyorum param boşa gitti sokaktan farksız şu an odam çok pişmanım :(
Odamla bitişik olan bu sigortaların çıkardığı bip sesinden dolayı sabaha kadar uyuyamadım yetkilerden odamı değiştirmelerini rica ettim fakat boş oda kalmadığını söylediler şu an odam sokaktan farksız :(

Hotel novo, próximo de zonas turísticas

Hotel bem novo, a uma curta distância de taxi dos principais pontos turisticos de Istambul. Eles tb possuem um serviço conveniente de transfer para a PraçaTaksim. Apesar de não ser precisamente na zona turistica e é um pouco difícil de se locomover a pé, recomendamos para pessoas que usam mais taxis, pois a estrutura do apartamento é realmente ótima. A uma caminhada fe uns 10 min há um mercado e shopping para eventualidades.
