Jacuzzi is main attraction it was not working i was very disappointed i paid money specifically for Jacuzzi 2 night £ 280 pounds..... i don't no why advertisement the luxury rooms......

The property itself was very beautiful but what makes it exceptional is the staff! I had a late flight to United States ( going home ) so I was looking to book a hotel to relax before my long flight. When I checked out at 12 pm the next day I was hanging out in the lobby to kill some time before my flight . The hotel manager Ömer had noticed me there sitting all by myself so he asked if I need anything and ordered his staff to bring me coffee and water, not once but twice! He wanted to make sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. To him that must’ve been an every day thing but to me it meant everything! I travel often but that kind of exceptional customers service is hard to come by. The receptionists Havva and Eylül were extremely helpful and courteous. Havva made sure my Taxi was coming on time to take me to the airport. Another young man took care of my luggage. And let’s not forget the guy who served me coffee was such a gentleman. All of this is credit to the management of Mr. Ömer as he’s the one who’s making sure his staff is going above and beyond for his customers. Thank you all for all the wonderful things you do for your guests. I will definitely be back.❤️

Lokasyonu, sesizliği, ve konforu çok güzel, personeller genelde güler yüzlü yardım ediyorlardı. Ama temizlik orta daha dikkatli olmalı, maalesef halı çok iyi temizlenmemişti. Toz toprak her yerdeydi.
