There is a danceclub on the 1st floor. Music until.4 am, cleaning until after.5 am. Shared balconies outside of roos. People.partying, women of.the night, it was bad. Spoke to management and was told they will provode.is tea in the morning..Was supposed to be there 9 nights, left after 3 Asked expedia to pursie a refund. Had video, and texts with the hotel manager. His only reponse was asking my daughter out to tea or coffee. After a week Expedia explained the hotel didn’t respond so no refund.. over all epic fail on hotel and Expedia"s response to the problem. Now pursiong with my credit card company.

there was bed bugs, we did not know there is house keeping untiul we saw a maid, never got clean towels, we used to get denied inside every night because there was a nightclub under our hotel and the bouncers kept thinking we wanted to sneak into the club when we were just trying to go to our room, which was really annoying, the balcony door never closed properly. i would like a refund if possible or at least half of the money back because we really did not enjoy our hotel like we should have. thanks

The hotel is located abive a club and in Main street Lot of traffic and noise people from the club, they won't have any recepción the comunicación is difficult and the AC was not working the place was clean and looked fine

Great location. Very close to Taksim Square. Clean room with A/C. Bathroom needs some hooks to hang but clean. Had to ask a bit to get the exact location because we were there early and couldn’t figure out which building. The manager at the Bosphorus Hotel indicated it was right next door above the Stay Club. No one seemed to be around but the work hand there was very kind and contacted the host and also let me us keep the bag there while went around to wait. They also let us check in a bit early. Overall good stay for a night.
