Pillow and sheets did not seem changed or fresh on the first night. Had to request they be changed with a fresh one. Shower shampoo/gels were empty on the first night, again asked for new bottles. Overall friendly staff, good area and close to most tourism places.

I like the size of the room however I don’t like the room carpet floor because it was not clean. The smell of tobacco is in all areas of the hotel. The big lobby of the hotel smells bad because the smoking area was somehow open to the lobby.

I cannot fault this hotel. The cleanliness and service was amazing. All the staff are extremely kind and nothing is too much for them Their spa faciliites and indoor pool was a hit with the kids. The breakfast had great selection and variety each day and very fresh. Rooms would get cleaned every day and we are definitely coming back in the near future. Thank you for the cookies at reception. Disappointed. The hotel looks beautiful and the bed was fabulous. The cleanliness could certainly be improved and the staff were really quite rude and communication was a problem. The spa was beautiful but the staff made it unpleasant. The attitude and behaviour of the man on the night desk was disgraceful.

There were quite a few issues with the room that I was first placed in and along the way. But I have to admit as a team these issues were swiftly resolved. I want to recognise Seda for making sure my room was kept comfortable and tidy, and making my stay there such a pleasant one. Also, Sero was amazing making sure I was topped up with all which I needed to make my stay the best.

The staff were attentive and supportive, but the bed linens in our room were not fresh, I pointed out the spilled liquid stain, and they quickly took action to address it. We experienced multiple power outages during our visit, which was irritating, particularly when it occurred while we were showering, plunging everything, including the alley, into darkness for several minutes. The front desk informed us that they have a generator, but it only kicks in after the power goes out, and there's nothing they can do since it's an issue with the city.

Hotel looks beautiful from the outside however its not the same experience inside. The first day we arrived, there were lots of missing amenities. We complained about it for the whole day and were provided this the next day. The restaurant meal was terrible, ordered room service and had one of the worst food experiences in instanbul, we had to call them multiple times to even order this food as they were not answering the phone. We did not carry the right USB and when we approached staff to help with this, they were trying to charge us more money and tried to give us an old USB while keeping the new one for themselves.Pool and spa facilities are not great either especially for couples. Overall it was not a stay i would recommend to couples.
