I love the breakfast area. It is at 4th floor. Open area cross the sea. It was wonderful. Also I would like to appreciate one of the reception staff Mr. Yashar. There are lots of tours for the city and Yashar helped me to navigate through them by booking few wonderful tours for me and my family.

All the staff were nice and friendly during our stay. We appreciate their welcoming attitude throughout it. The reason for this one star is the obvious chemical smell that masks across the entire hotel. It is extremely irritating and I would warn others with allergies or sensitivities to such smells and irritants to stay away. It made the stay quite unbearable. It is also obvious they spray bug repellent everywhere throughout the hotel yet our room was still full of bugs making it very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel just add wifi signal booster

This hotel is absolutely superb in terms of value for money. It’s located in a great district of Istanbul—conveniently close to Galata Tower and with easy access to the city center. Taxis are readily available nearby, and if you’re up for a 30-minute walk, you can reach the main mosques on foot, which makes exploring very flexible. The interior of the hotel is stunning, with stylish decor and a strong sense of character. Although the street outside may look a bit bleak at first glance, I actually found it quite charming—it had its own unique vibe that added to the experience. The rooms were extremely spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Each unit included two rooms and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast bar was also excellent—plentiful and delicious. What truly stood out was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The only drawback was the weak Wi-Fi and phone signal in the far end building where I stayed. Connectivity was a challenge at times. With the addition of a few signal boosters, this place would be virtually perfect. Highly recommended overall for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Good stay at the hotel, as staff are attentive and helpful. Hotel in a great location to visit the main sights, as you can take tram, funiclar, or walk across the bridge. Only reason I am rating 4 stars is because even on the ground floor the wifi conmection is very weak. There was also poor phone signal from our room.

Hotel is located perfectly with everything all walkable to areas or transport. The staff are really friendly and were always very accommodating. Breakfast options was ok, but they don't have much to offer outside of the breakfast. The room was clean, however it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. When checking in the staff prewarn that we had the tiniest room and they weren't lying! Me and my cousin had to manuver between us and we both couldn't fit in the space. Think the title of the room is misleading - junior suite, if I knew how small it would be I would of paid more for a larger room. It got very loud outside in the corridors, one particular night it woke us up at 4am with some men shouting and talking loud. If you are looking for fantastic location and decent rooms, this hotel is fine, also for the cost. However, I personally wouldn't stay here again as I like something abit more to offer and perhaps the size of the room was the main thing that really put me off from the stay.
