Room 202 is near lift and service area room not sound proof expect noise :(. pool is under glass roof, cold but nice once in :) room good and comfortable but no balcony all in all a very comfortable stay :)

I understand that the AC doesn't work in April, however, the city itself is too loud to keep the windows open, especially with the calls to prayer made 5 times a day, including those made at surise. Besides, some nights I was sweating even with the window completely open. Having the windows open also comes with insects getting in your room. This only happened onces. I would still repeat and recommend this hotel.

We really liked the location of the hotel. Close to a tram and the Grand Bazaar. The choice at breakfast was good. Lots of fresh items hot and cold. We ate in the Teras restaurant on our final night. The food was very nice, staff attentive and the views and sunset was fantastic. We enjoyed having to pool to take a dip in after long days of walking and exploring the city.

Excellent property. Close to everything. Walkable and safe. Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are dated but they are clean. We received excellent customer service. Roof top restaurant and bar is fantastic!
