Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The pool was being renovated but I imagine in the summer it’s really nice. Great location to old town Istanbul all within walking distance.

Me encantó el hotel, muy amables todos, la habitación era preciosa, el desayuno abundante y variado, el spa también recomendable, si no me gustó mucho el restaurant para cenar, precios elevados, caminando del hotel a 7 cuadras tenes la plaza de sultán ah me donde llegas a todo!!! Así que excelente ubicación, y enfrente está el Bósforo, yo fui en invierno pero en verano debe ser bonito para caminar por ahí

beautiful room, some of the plugs didnt work and the lip going into the bathroom was unnessesary and painful on the foot. Beautiful view and appreciated the upgrade. Breakfast was delicious, the jackhammering while guests were eating breakfast was pretty rude. The sauna was amazing and the staff were really really lovely.
