The cleaning personal was not nice at all, after i complained about the cleaning they started to talk behind my back. When i walked in the corridores, as i understand turkish as well i turned around and said that they should be ashamed of their behaviour.
After that every morning, they asked if i wanted cleaning. After they changed the green light to red, (green means i wanted cleaning) but they changed it so they didnt have to clean i stopped ask for cleaning the last 3 days.
The manager yusuf was very friendly, same eith the young biy working at night. Great service
Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was professional and respectful. Breakfast was wonderful.
Only negtive thing is that hotel is on a narrow street surrounded in electric supply shops and no good resturant or eatry is closeby.
Still is a good choice and I highly recommend it.

Itâs a nice hotel and well run. The staff was very friendly. Any of my concerns were addressed and questions answered in a very polite manner. Pretty good breakfast and plenty of sitting inside and outside. The area around is very nice and it is centrally located with major attractions in walking distance or subway. The hotel has 5-6 floors with about 7-8 rooms on each floor. My room was on the 5th floor - it had a metal safe for valuables, a round window with blackout curtain. It was very quiet which I really appreciated as I donât like to be bothered when asleep. Btw they also checked me in early at no extra cost.
The only two minor issues I had were 1) water appearing on the bathroom floor out of nowhere (it didnât bother me much), and 2) the fact that I had to pay extra to bring in a guest into my room and my guest had to go through a registration process for that. But itâs probably some kind of local custom - to charge extra for a guest (although extra charge of âŹ30 included breakfast for the guest as well). May be they do it for security reason too , or may be they are just curious who goes into my room.
Other than these two things I give it five stars for customer service and room quality and location. Itâs not a Hilton, but it was very decent and I would stay there again . The room felt quite cozy too, it had laminate floor, I would prefer carpet , but I understand that it may be too expensive to care for . Anyways , thank you and keep it up.
