Such a great hotel! Clean, comfortable and modern rooms, great location as it’s so close to the galata tower and so many other attractions. Really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. A special shoutout and thanks to the hotel manager, Rafi, who throughout the whole stay was a delight and even posted the luggage that I mistakenly left at the hotel back to us. Would definitely stay again. I also want to mention that we felt completely safe as two young female travelers alone.

The staff was very nice and friendly, no complaints there. But I called for an iron and they didn’t have it and the elevators wasn’t working for a while. Also we couldn’t control the ac and we were hot at night not too bad.

Everything was good overall. The staff was helpful, and the room looks the same as on the photos. The only issue is that it seemed that the room wasn’t completely prepared for us when we arrived, the pillows were not in the pillowcases and there was no toilet paper in the restroom. That was kind of annoying for the price of the hotel, but otherwise it is a very nice place to stay.

Clean, great design. Somewhat loud with no lobby.

Really nice detail and super clean deluxe room, with amazing rooftop breakfast space - even if you don't get breakfast, go upstairs to check out the view! Breakfast was vegan-friendly (except no plant-based milk, sadly.) One reason I'm not giving 5 stars: there is a very loud machine in the building next door, plus a loud outside air conditioning unit which vibrated the room. Could be obnoxious to those who are noise sensitive (me). You definitely couldn't enjoy the balcony because of this sound. View was decent. Another note: the lobby is shared with a tattoo shop, so there's no nice relaxed common area. When I arrived early, I wasn't allowed to sit in the restaurant area to wait and had to leave the hotel to come back later. There is one room in every floor without windows - so pay attention if this matters to you!

Short break in Instanbul

Hotel is in a good location to access public transport and for walking but it is on the corner of several busy roads so very noisy especially at night. We only booked a standard room for a 4 night stay but the room was exceptionally small even by European standards. Breakfast was good and restaurant had lovely views.
