A super hotel in an excellent position close to the sea; it has an excellent pool and a great spa, particularly for ladies. Great value, friendly and attentive staff, good-sized clean rooms, most with a great view out over the sea. I’ve been several times, always had fun and an excellent stay.

The Sign Degirmen is a super hotel - I've stayed before several times, the service is always friendly and efficient, it a well-placed hotel with a super pool and spa facilities. Breakfast is excellent, and overall, the hotel is great value.

Room was clean but there wasn't any balkons and had a lot of mosquitos. We could barely sleep our first night. Pool was outside the hotel, wasn't clean and there wasn't any heaters or services on the pool.

Very Dirty

The hotel looks like a 5-stars hotel from the outside but it is not anywhere near that. The room was very dirty in every detail, we found used wet towels in the bathroom, used toiletries. The breakfast was not fresh items, and dont have hygiene standards. I regret paying that much for the bad quality we received.

Good size of the room. Nice and clean. Nice pool, short way to the beach. Aircondition not working optimally. The temperature in the room was not belove 25 degrees celcius even with the aircon running at max. Very poorly English speaking employees.

pros: It's at downtown so that you can walk anywhere easily including bus stops, restaurants, cafes etc. If you pick a room with sea view, it's a gorgeous view of the black sea. cons: I was told the breakfast was at 7am but when I was down there at that time there was no breakfast so I paid extra for the breakfast for nothing! The shower was problematic and there was no chair to sit on when I wanted to work with my laptop.

The location was great. We were greeted by beds being unpacked in the front lobby. There was no staff at the bar or restaurant. It was like they were not open for business. I paid way too much for a basic room they called a suite. It had no amenities and the bar and restaurant was unattended It lacked charm and attentive service I am accustomed to in less expensive properties in Turkey The pool was nice but there was no attendant and no towels. I was really disappointed in my overall stay.

Bayram tatili kapsamında 4 kişi olarak konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Yoğun yağışa rağmen otelin genel temizlik standardı iyi seviyedeydi ve bu konu olumlu bir izlenim bıraktı. Ancak konaklama sürecimiz genel anlamda beklentilerimizi karşılamadı. Toplamda üç farklı oda değiştirmek durumunda kaldık. İlk odada yaşanan teknik sorun hızlı şekilde çözülse de, bu durum başlangıçta olumsuz bir deneyim yarattı. Gece saat 03:30 civarında yan odadan gelen yüksek ses ve gürültü nedeniyle ciddi bir rahatsızlık yaşadık. Resepsiyon ekibi müdahale etmeye çalışsa da, sorun ancak oda değişikliği ile çözülebildi. Bu durum, özellikle ses yalıtımı konusunda otelin yetersiz kaldığını açıkça göstermektedir. Buna ek olarak, check-out sürecinde spa ve hamam kullanımına ilişkin ödememizi yapmamıza rağmen, otelden ayrıldıktan sonra tekrar aranarak ödeme yapıp yapmadığımızın sorulması ciddi bir operasyonel koordinasyon eksikliğine işaret etmektedir. Bu tarz durumlarda öncelikle kurum içi teyit süreçlerinin işletilmesi gerekirken, doğrudan misafirin aranması profesyonel bir deneyim sunmamaktadır. Spa alanı kaliteli ve keyifli olmasına rağmen, genel hizmet deneyimi, yaşanan aksaklıklar ve iletişim problemleri sebebiyle beklentilerimizin altında kaldı. Genel değerlendirme olarak; otelin bazı güçlü yönleri bulunmakla birlikte, özellikle ses yalıtımı ve departmanlar arası iletişim süreçlerinde ciddi iyileştirmelere ihtiyaç olduğunu düşünüyorum.
