Quarto estava limpo no geral, porém a hidromassagem estava com um pouco de sujeira, precisava de uma limpeza melhor, eu acho, outro ponto, o ramal do quarto não estava funcionando corretamente, tentava ligar para recepção ou restaurante e não funcionava, tive que ligar pelo meu celular.
