Funciona como um hotel de trânsito. Considerando a localização muito próxima do calçadão da praia central em Bc seria uma boa opção, mas o hotel é um caos no quesito atendimento. A gerente Sandra não tem preparo algum para atendimento ao hóspede. No café da manhã o hotel recebeu um grupo extra de 70 pessoas em um lugar que já não atenderia os hóspedes, a sra Sandra não soube administrar a situação, havia tumulto em todo o andar térreo, wc feminino entupido, restaurante lotado com fila e a única posição da gerente foi de que “não há previsão para lugar disponível nível e que tudo estava lotado. Se não quisesse esperar muito deveria ter acordado cedo” e começou a destratar os hóspedes”

O Hotel é bem localizado, porém de difícil acesso com carro. O quarto tinha um cheiro insuportável de mofo, o lençol da cama estava puido (porém limpo), os vidros da janela do quarto muito sujos. O corredor de acesso ao quarto também com cheiro de mofo. O café da manhã com itens básicos, e bons.

Bem no centro da cidade.

Tive a oportunidade de ficar hospedada em um final de semana. Um ambiente bem bonito, ótimo café da manhã. O que deixou a desejar: o hotel fica em uma rua que, pelo GPS, aparece como proibida para acessar com carro. Mas descobrimos que tem como para acessar o hotel. Poderiam enviar uma mensagem a quem faz a reserva já dando essa informação, com certeza mostrariam uma preocupação com o cliente. Eu tive que deixar em um estacionamento, ir até o hotel caminhando para descobrir 😅
