Há dois pontos essenciais a considerar antes da reserva. 1. Check-in sem flexibilidade O hóspede deve informar o horário de chegada, o que é, claro, essencial. Porém, em uma pousada de praia, em pleno verão e período de férias, o trânsito foge completamente do padrão. Não há flexibilidade nem solução para atrasos, o que pode resultar na situação absurda de chegar à noite e não conseguir fazer o check-in. 2. Café da manhã limitado O café da manhã tem pouca variedade. Há alguns itens frescos, como, por exemplo, sucos naturais. No entanto, a maior parte da oferta é composta por itens industrializados, como bolachas e bolos não caseiros, o que empobrece a experiência.
