The AC unit in the room was leaking and soaking the carpet next to it. They didnt try to fix it. Offered us another room, but we had already unpacked. Just lived with it, tried to get compensated for the inconvenience, but they did nothing. Would not stay again.

Horrible experience. The room had a heinous smell that aggravated my allergies to the point that I had to move to a different hotel. Upon checking out I was told this was no problem however I was then charged for nights I did not stay. No one from the hotel is responding to my calls and emails
