Ithaca hotel is good. Location is convenient. The bathroom vent couldn’t be turned off, which was noisy, so we closed the bathroom door.

Check in process and room readiness delayed…rooms weren’t ready. Super central location for walking the downtown area but lots of sketchy types hanging around downtown to keep an eye on. The hotel property itself was fine.

Beautiful place and beautiful room. The beds were pretty hard. Very disappointing that the pool was closed and it was not mentioned ahead of time. That was one of the top options for choosing this hotel. Also the restaurant photos showed upstanding meals, but in person it was sandwiches. Disappointing.
