We came there a day early to relax and enjoy the pool no word was said that the pool was down the heater was broken also the sofa bed had no mattress or bedding the coffee machine in room didnt work and had breakfast ordered pancakes pancakes didnt come with meal so we had to ask for them again when they came they were stone cold and had a big hair in it thats how my stay was

The hotel lobby is beautiful, and our room was very clean. We ate dinner in the restaurant, and we weren't disappointed. Their homemade potato chips that came with our meals were so delicious that we ordered a side dish of them! The sink in the bathroom was filling with water, but I kept forgetting to tell the front desk about that. I would stay at the Hotel Ithaca again if I needed a hotel in downtown Ithaca.

We were excited to have a room in the tower, but when we opened the door, the dresser holding the tv was pulled about a foot away from the wall and there were dust balls and a piece of garbage on the floor. On top of the desk, there was a paper cup with some garbage in it, and the bedskirt ar the foot of the bed was tucked up between the mattresses. The sheers and curtains felt and looked like they could use some cleaning, and the curtains had a few hooks fallen off their rings. The front desk was more than horrified to hear of the garbage and skirt items and offered us a new room. But by then, we had already settled in and so declined the offer. But they were willing to make good. We loved the corner room and looking down and across downtown. The restaurant was beautiful and clean but running on limited menu due to lack of business. We found things to eat, which were made well. Overall, a nice stay with friendly, attentive staff.

They don't heat their pool. I sat on the edge of the bed and kt nearly flipped over. The entire property smells like weed...its in the vents.
