Located among picturesque Zagorje vineyards on the hills of Ivancica at 330 meters above sea level, Eva's house offers spectacular views. Large terrace, private pool, and a spacious yard provide an ideal setting for a family vacation or a weekend retreat.

Eva's house has 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Airconditioned living room with a well-equipped kitchen is spacious and full of natural light. There is also a children's corner with toys and books so your younger ones can have fun. Two upper floor bedrooms with panoramic windows are airconditioned too, and central heating is in the whole house. Tap water is actually spring water of finest quality pouring from the depths of Ivancica.

First two bedrooms are at entrance level on the ground floor, together with the bathroom. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining area, and a living room which is connected to the 30m2 terrace and backyard. 3-rd and 4-th bedroom are on the second floor, where is also a bathroom with a spa bath and a washing machine.

Inside whirlpool bath will add a relaxing part to your stay, while you can enjoy active holidays with hiking, walking, horse riding, bicycling or just enjoying local food and customs. Colorful autumns will invite you to explore nearby woods in a search for mushrooms and chestnuts which there are plenty. Spring will fill you with all fresh fragrances of nature, dashing butterflies and buzzing bees, making you feel alive. In cold winters you can bring your friends and have fun at our private illuminated sledding slope - have night sledding and drink mulled wine or tea with cinnamon....perfect for great family memories or a special team building time!

Eva's house is located in Northern Croatia part called Zagorje. It is only 20 min drive from Varaždin, and within 1-3 hour drive you can reach Zagreb, Rijeka, Maribor, Graz. Seaside is 3 hours drive so you can take a daily trip. It has a continental climate with warm summers and snowy winters.
