L'Ocotillo Springs Resort comprend une belle piscine, un bain Ă  remous, un toboggan, un club-house et des terrains de pickle ball. Cleanliness, carpets were absolutely horrendous and filthy. This unit has great potential, Unfortunately it has been abused. In great need of repair on many things.Stove knobs are miss matched and a fire hazard, unable to use fire pit due to palm tree leaves hanging within 2 feet over top. Patio sliding door has shattered glass. I hope the proper measures will be taken to make the repairs desperately needed.

Great home and even better location than advertised. The views of Red Rock mountains and Snow canyon are not justified enough in pics posted. The private pool and hot tub were perfect. We all enjoyed the table tennis and near by pickle ball courts! Highly recommend. Also rented some e-bikes for few days and hit close by trails.

Perfect get away for large groups

Our family had an amazing stay at Pool Palace! The heated private pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids, and the fire pit made for fun family nights under the stars. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We made wonderful memories here — highly recommend for a perfect family getaway!

Ideal getaway

This was an amazing getaway! Our kids loved the pool in the backyard, and we enjoyed the hot tub! Everything was organized and instructions for everything took away any guess work for using the community amenities and for navigating the pool and hot tub. We had an issue with the pool and hot tub not heating and it was addressed so quickly it didn't even effect our enjoyment. The location is ideal for pioneer park hiking, and so close to downtown for dinning. We really enjoyed our stay and are very excited to revist again when the opportunity rises.

Holiday vacation

We had a very nice stay. The pool and hot tub were a favorite. The only issue we had was that the pots and pans are in bad shape and really need to be replaced and there was no broom and dustpan. More than two bath towels per bath would have been helpful with our large group but otherwise it was a great stay. Thank you

Excellent!!!!

We were impressed from the start ! Looked exactly like the photos ! It’s a gorgeous property with beautiful views, we loved every moment we were there !! We were there for our wedding weekend and we have already decided to have subsequent vacations here . Safe neighborhood, stores nearby , very clean , hot tub wasn’t working properly at first but maintenance fixed it the following morning . Property management was very responsive.

Perfect little getaway spot. Bedrooms were large as were the bathrooms. The private pool was very nice to have as well as access to the larger community pool. We loved our stay and will look to stay again next year!

This was a great house for a large family gathering. They are truly set up for it. The location was excellent and the facilities very accommodating. We loved the pool in the backyard as well as at the clubhouse. We had a few minor issues that we were addressed on the spot by the property management company. All in all, a great experience.

Great rental in a great location!

Great property stacked with everything you will need! Clean and the team was responsive. Close to hikes and food places! Beautiful views. The pool was such a great temp we could stay in there for hours. Don’t plan on lap swimming, but it is like the size of a swim spa. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool and spa were not heated when we arrived but within the hour they had a technician ( Mitch who was awesome ) come and set them up. The unit was awesome clean and huge Comfortable beds topped off the experience. Would definitely be a return customer. Good Time

We had a very nice time. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and overall clean. The outside was quite dusty. The heated pool and hot tub were well used. The pool was a little smaller than I thought it would be I don’t know if we would have used it as much in the summer. We did not use the community pool it was too cold and the one time we tried to use the pickle ball courts they were all in use. Check in was a little difficult as NONE of the codes emailed to me were correct so I had to call to get the correct code for the front door and the pool cover, but it didn’t take too long. Overall i would recommend this vacation home. It was roomy and comfortable.

Great set up to keep everyone busy and happy. Great room set up for different situations, and enough to do at the home without going anywhere. If you like to golf or ride bikes it’s location is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Weekend Family Getaway

Property was new, clean and accommodated our family nicely. Convenient location close to Tuacahn Outdoor Theatre. We drove 45 mins to to do the Kanarra Falls hike with many grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. My biggest complaint was no BBQ grill as pictured and stated in picture. Last review before us even stated that and I reached out to the host concerning this as well as having a full propane tank. They assured me it would be checked. After driving many hours and thinking we could BBQ we were unable to and was not delivered in the 2 hour time frame as promised. He did show up eventually at 9pm clearly after dinner time and the bottom was missing. If you are gonna BBQ all your drippings will end up all over the concrete slab. Air filters and vents were filthy. Pool could have been vacuumed and patio hosed off since it was very dusty. Other than that, the place has ample space. The pool is tiny with automated cover. Hot tub panel is inside the home. All codes provided worked unlike some previous reviews. Traditional coffee maker, toaster, pots, baking sheets, bbq accessories, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses. Paper towels provided. Ping pong table and pool accessories are in the garage but if you want to play pickle ball you’ll need to bring your own paddles and ball. Duplex close to community pool, pickle ball courts and club room with pool table. This community is pretty much all rentals and is a popular destination. Beautiful Mountain View’s for now.

Great House.

This was our second time at this property and it was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and places to eat. The pool and hot tub were just the right temp. (the code given for the pool cover was not correct, but I lucked out on guessing the correct one.) We will definitely stay here again.
