Nice lakefront rest

Pleasant clean lakefront hotel. The pool looked great. Lakefront park and walk/bike promenade is excellent, and just across the street. The city obviously goes to great lengths to keep the park and beach areas super clean. Hotel a/c worked well, shower good, quiet decent room overall. Breakfast is typical but good and friendly staff.

2 Star Hotel in a 4 Star Location

On the surface the hotel appears pleasant enough. Positives: The room was acceptably clean a the bed was clean and the room a reasonable size for a standard room. The small balcony was a nice addition. Air conditioning worked well. Pool area was good, clean and pleasant to use, though closed early 7.30pm which was disappointing as it was the best time to use the facilities as it was cooler and what you wanted to do after a hot day site seeing. Areas for improvement: Housekeeping was poor. I booked two rooms and despite being notified that we were vacating for cleaning they were not done. On various days and I had to notify reception. When they were cleaned there was ‘skimping’ on basics such as toilet rolls and tea and coffee/ water. These were replaced when asked but it was a constant routine of requesting to reception. Reception- the young lady on Reception was very slow and struggled to process our arrival it took almost 40 mins to check in- no one else was waiting. The young man in the evening was more efficient and helpful. Breakfast: A reasonable enough range of items to choose from but again ‘skimping’ on replacing items and constant requests required to get more milk or food items that had run out. Staff reluctant to replace or fetch anything and gave the impression you were bothering them by asking. This is unusual in Türkiye where service is generally excellent. The hotel claims 4 stars but I guess that is because they have a pool, 2 stars at best.

Hotels.com'a özel not olarak yazdığım Eşimin doğum günü için gidiyoruz özel bir kutlama olacak notumu otele iletmediklerinden süprizim bozuldu bunu da bildirmek isterim otele sürekli gittiğimiz için memnunum ve tavsiye ederim.

2 gece kaldım, genel olarak temizlik ve personellerin ilgisi güzeldi. kahvaltı da güzel, otelin önünde havuzu ve açık otoparkı mevcut. ancak oteldeki yastıklar çok kötü, aşırı yumuşak. sabah kalktığınızda boynunuz tutuluyor. bunu ilettiğimizde yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar değiştirdiklerini söylediler, ancak değişmemiş. sonrasında tüm yastıkların aynı olduğunu söylediler. 2. gün yastıksız uyumak zorunda kaldık çok kötü bir deneyim. piyasadaki en ucuz silikon 50tl’ye alınabilecek yastıklar. işletmeye yakışmamış.

İlk verilen odanın tuvaleti gerçekten çok kötüydü, sonra oda değişim talebinde bulunduk ve yeni odada da ilki kadar olmasa da yine klozet akıntılıydı plastiiği kaymış konforsuz ve hiç hijyenik durmuyordu. El emeğiyle biraz kendimizi temizledik. Çarşaflar lekeliiydi ama sanırım lekeler geçmeyen lekeler olabilir. Yangın dedektör peçeteyle kapatmışlar tavanda. Ayrıca balkon kapı kapısı da kırıktı.
