We had an upstairs and my mother has difficulty with stairs (which were very dangerous), when booked never said we wouldn't stay in the main hotel and went to the hillside, which does not have an ice machine, you have to go to the casino to get ice. Not cool if you are going to put people over there you should at least have ice!

Found out room are not even in the casino. They are behind in a separate building. First room stunk so bad I could hardly breathe and no TY. Moved rooms better but shower curtain fell when you touched it. Staff was kind and cordial.
