The property was really cute. It was clean in general, but we had a giant wet spot between the beds when we got to the room- hoping it was from cleaning. Only reason for three stars. Very walkable to areas around it.

The property was outdated and the services were very limited. For almost $400 per night it was over-priced. There was only a coffee place for breakfast. The bus to town takes an hour. The hotel staff had little knowledge about the bus system.

Meh.

Needs updating. Claimed it was an “historic” hotel when we asked about some of the damage in our room. Saw a sign out front for public hearing since they are in the midst of upgrading. It will be an amazing location. But for now, it was really overpriced.

Very overpriced. Needs to be updated. Fire danger with multiple plugs on strips. Room could not be accessed without stairs and no one to help with luggage. Luggage cart up a set of stairs and not the right size for elevator. Small room with terrible view. We have lost all confidence using Expedia for lodging.

Check in was not a great experience. However, second day front desk staff was excellent. We are traveling cross country and back with luggage and cooler, carts are located on a floor with several steps. Very small elevator made it a challenge to get to the second floor where our room was located. The room was comfortable and clean. The sliding door was worn and wobbly, but locked after a couple attempts. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool, which was just outside our room. We enjoyed the Ariel tram ride up Rendezvous mountain, and the view of the Teton range was fabulous.

Condition of hotel is 1970’s. Evidence of leak in bedroom and bathroom. Elevator was fickle and seemed unsafe. Definitely not worth $1,000 for two nights. Definitely not handicapped friendly.
