Stayed at Gravity Haus for a quick overnight stay… it was just what we needed. Very convenient being at the base of Teton village. Clean… comfortable bed…. Would have liked ti use is one of the amenities but we were on a time crunch…. Great staff.. friendly.

This is a nice place but it fell flat in a few areas. Very impressive looking property as you first arrive. Lemon or cucumber water proved in lobby is a nice touch. Restaurant on site, as well as several others within walking distance. Again the pool and hot tub are impressive with great Mountain Views, but there was a significant amount of sand in the hot tub during the week we stayed. We had a room with two queen beds. Small but stylish, comfortable beds. There was a smart tv so we were able to access our streaming services during our down time. There was a small fitness room available. Bathroom was small, and the shower curtain was a little too short so we ended up with water on the floor while showering. Not what I’d expect at this price point. I also expected usb chargers to be available, but good thing we brought charging blocks. The window had a light filtering shade for privacy but the blackout curtain did not cover the entire window, which seemed odd for the price point. Staff was generally friendly. You are given the option to choose how often you get towel and bedding changes which can be eco friendly. Not a bad place, but I had higher expectations for what we paid to stay there.

My travel plans changed and I wanted to cancel the reservation and get a full or partial refund. I contact Expedia tried to contact the hotel manager, but the manager never responded—no replies to emails and no one answered phone calls. When I called, the front desk answered and told me the manager wasn't available but would leave a message for them to call me back. I never heard anything. I called again later, and the front desk answered once more, but after I explained the situation, they abruptly hung up on me without resolving anything. As a result, I had no choice but to drive three and a half hours at 10 PM to get to the hotel and check in. Objectively speaking, this hotel feels like a cheap, privately-run guesthouse similar to some budget accommodations in China. The decor is relatively new, but you can clearly see many cost-cutting measures—for example, there's no desk in the room, and breakfast is not provided. The most unacceptable thing for me was that the toilet seat was larger than the toilet itself, which is the strangest thing I've ever seen. I don’t know if it was just my room or if all rooms are like that. I paid $1,000 for two nights, which honestly feels ridiculous. The only pros are that it’s very close to Grand Teton National Park, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and there’s a really good Thai restaurant nearby.

My room was small with a really load ac unit which impacted my sleep and had to use a pillow over my head, inconsistent cooling, bathroom ceiling was peeling and doors swung hard and slammed closed making it loud.

This property is locate in the heart of the beautiful Teton Village. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was clean but the hotel looked and felt old. One downside was that the restaurant inside the hotel closed early - it would have been great to be able to sit there and enjoy a glass of wine as the son went down as its location was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi which was a plus. Overall - great location and very close to Grand Teton National Park which is a must see when you visit Teton Village.
