Very poor, not helpful, had to go back when couldnât find cabin. Arrived at 11pm and poor unconcerned instructions to find cabin. My wife got tick in room or on way to cabin found it embedded next AM. No heat control in our cabin very cold no way to control heat at low level. I feel like it was misrepresented in online photos.
The staff were amazing. We enjoyed the hikes and finding the hot springs!! The beds and pillows were comfy!! You have access to the laundry facility in the campground and ice machine was close. Please note that there is no air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, or television. Itâs cool at night, we were not hot, we are not big television watchers, had two large coolers to store food in and went out for a hot meal once in a while. This worked out pretty good! Enjoy, we did!!
Okay overall. Xpedia said A/C in the room but this facility has no A/C in any room. No TV either but thatâs okay as itâs supposed to be nature themed.General store is very expensive ($10.99 for a pint of ice cream at time of this review). Saloon food prices were okay overall. Staff is really responsive.if you want a cabin among pine trees, this will easily suffice.
Great location for both Yellowstone and Grand Teton visit
Food was really good, overpriced though
Cabins were very quiet, very good beds, not too soft.
The accommodations were completely misrepresented, housekeeping was nonexistent, the cabin was filthy & I was robbed when towels were replaced after complaining about the condition & lack of cleaning the next day which was not realized until we were at our next hotel. I am completely outraged about the lack of care, the outlandish costs for a property so poorly upkept & managed.
I am disputing all charges w/photos to cc. TY
Dining area was top notch for casual dining as well with service. Convenient to Yellowstone. You are in rustic cabins which was fine but needs general modernization. Heating went out in night and temps dropped to 32!!! Bathroom was circa post World War II lol. At over $400 a night I was expecting a wee bit more lol.
We stayed one night in a cabin on the way to Yellowstone. Room was older but very clean with all of the amenities. Lodge staff very nice and helpful. The restaurant was amazing.
Beautiful area. Cabin was nice. Only complaint is it was hard to navigate after dark - check-in and room were hars to find with little lighting, signage.
