Great place, convenient location

Loved it, will stay here again. Check in was slightly confusing, got an email that I would receive my room number the night before my reservation, never did receive an email or text with my room number. And my neighbors were very loud but that’s no fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate people.

Spacious and clean studio apartment in heart of Jackson. Comfortable king bed. Walking distance to eclectic shops and restaurants Plenty of room in bathroom, but the shower needs an update. The shower faucet handle comes off in your hand. Mounted soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser would be a big improvement,

Please provde CLEAR instructions on how to turn on the HEAT! Jason froze last night and was unable to get the unit to be warm. It was 13 degrees over night and he got up at 6am freezing in the room. Maybe provide a space heater? He said the best thing was the keurig for HOT COFFEE.

Good rooms, good location, non-usable WiFi

Good room size, excellent location, however WiFi was not working and was the primary need for me thus negating the value of the room. If you do not need connectivity via WiFi this would be a good option, if you DO, this would be problematic.

Super convenient location. Spacious room. It has everything for accommodations. There’s dripping water from the roof to the hallway which becomes ice. It is very slippery that I almost fell down a couple of times. This needs to be fixed.

Second stay at Miller Park Lodge

This was our second time staying at Miller Park Lodge. We enjoy the convenience of how close this property is to town. The pictures online look much more updated than the actual rooms, as this is our second time staying here and both rooms have been dated compared to the Pretty pictures. Overall, we have enjoyed both of our stays and would most likely stay here again in the future.

I opted for a budget option in Jackson and that's what i got. Despite the unit refresh which makes the room look good in the photos, my unit was old, had a few hairs here and there that housekeeping missed, and the entry door didn't seal well, so leaked a noticeable amount of cold air until i shimmed it closed with a door stopper once in the room. The walls are thin, so you will have no problem knowing what your neighbors are watching on TV, how they felt about their day (or their evening at the bar), or if they are feeling amorous. The saving grace to the room was the gas fireplace. Fire it up, slide the firm chair over to it, put on some noise canceling headphones, and you can warm up and tune the rest of it out. I don't see staying here again or recommending it unless i am in budget mode again, though. I wasn't around during the day to share any of this with the front desk and I didn't see it open outside of business hours. Oh well.

Great location, nice but bare bones motel

Great location right in Jackson. Comfortable beds and clean room. Pretty bare bones in terms of amenities (e.g., just a Kurig, no fresh coffee in the morning, no hot tub or pool, etc.), but reasonably priced for the location and the free parking was very convenient.
