We had a wonderful stay at The Rockwell. The rooms are big and the hotel is clean. The lobby has a very nice ambiance with a lovely fireplace and fresh cookies and tea set out gaily. This hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport at no extra charge, which is so convenient. The breakfast that is provided daily is really good! Lots nice extra touches the hotel provides. We would stay here again.

Very friendly hotel. We felt comfortable and relaxed here. Nice room, good sheets and pilllws, heated tile bathroom floor (!), nice showerhead far enough away from the water control so you don’t get splashed with cold water while waiting for it to warm up. But the best things are walkable to many restaurants even for an 80 yo man with a cane, fun shopping within walking distance, bike that comes with helmet and lock with the room, , excellent and pretty breakfast buffet (well-attended to, too), AND they let us into our room HOURS ahead of check in when they understood my husband needed to lie down. So nice. The water from the restaurant from the water cooler tasted and smelled good. I liked everything about this little gem. (I rode the beach cruiser style bike -basket on the front- 10 miles up past the airport and then 10 miles back. 20 miles the afternoon we arrived, while my husband napped. It was a bit challenging but not unpleasant at all. And you access this excellent bike path - separate from the roadway - right across the street from the hotel. Really great.)

We loved everything about the Rockwell. The staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. The cookies available each evening were a nice (and tasty) treat. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large and well done, the soaps/shampoo/conditioner were top quality, and the beds were super comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient to the shopping and restaurants of downtown. The breakfast each morning was well-stocked and tasty. The provided teas and coffees were also top quality. Can you tell I liked staying there? We'll stay there again if we ever return to Jackson.

We had a full kitchen/oven,but NO OVEN baking pans or anything for the oven. Ask and was told NO THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING. Boungt two baking foil pans to use, we used one that night and cleaned it to use again. It was sitting on the counter out of the way.The maid took and must have thrown it out and also left us with NO KITCHEN TOWELS AT ALL. Called and explained and low and behold they actually had a baking pan, BUT NO KITCHEN TOWELS, WASH CLOTHES, ETC TO GIVE US. Expedia needs monitor these places.

This was such a great choice to explore Jackson and the Tetons. Perfect location for everything you want to do. Comfortable, large suites, great breakfast, great service. I will be back!
