Poor customer service

So I booked a suite and paid around $160.00 and when I went to check in they said I had to pay an additional 100.00 cash deposit which was not listed online or anywhere in the hotel. I didn't have the additional 100 00 so they said the best they could do is give me one of their 80.00 rooms and didn't offer to refund me the difference so I over paid for a basic room and me and my fiance were very disappointed.

Staff was friendly. We had a king suite and was told the jacuzzi overflows and shown the damage at the front of the hotel. The room upon walking in had a coke drink on the wall, stains on the head board, and rose petals in the floor. After going to the front desk with pictures we were given a new room. This one only had coffee stains on the wall and silverfish in the bathroom. The walls are pealing and floors are in need of replacement in some areas. The pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom of it.

Overall property was nice, room was very clean, pool was nice. Only complaint was breakfast.... plan on getting breakfast in town. Very good, clean, quiet and friendly stay otherwise. Would return.

Budget friendly, the price reflects the hotel

The only thing I really had an issue with was smells. The owner obviously lived there and was cooking food, (Indian food) which you could smell throughout the whole hotel. Marijuana smell was very strong in the air as well. It’s just hard to get to sleep when you have strong smells bothering you. I had to really speak loud for someone to come out to the front desk too!
