We found the property to be in good condition. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had lots of counter space. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. The only detail we found lacking was the used filter in the coffee maker. The breakfast was good, and included hot eggs and waffles. The hotel is conveniently located on I--55 and not far from I-20. We would stay again.

The times I've stayed at this property the staff has been great. This stay was not like my past stay. The floor in the elevators stayed dirty with wet floor signs in both. The bed sheets had stains and when I called down for a change of sheet they never came. After texting twice and calling twice we were asked to come down and them. The breakfast was great. Alot of options to choose from.

Super friendly people.

We had to have a room change because of the cigarette smoke smell (you can’t control what customers do in their rooms) and they quickly found us a new room and were so friendly about it. Breakfast was amazing. I think the biscuits were homemade. It was a little humid in the hotel, but after we ran the air it was so much better.

Great place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here and have no complaints about the hotel, room, or staff. Both the room and common areas were very clean and everything was in good working order. Every staff member I encountered was kind and professional, though most of my interactions were with who I believe to be the owners—they were especially warm and welcoming. I also really liked the location. It’s central to the main shopping areas of the Jackson/Ridgeland/Madison and it isn’t next to any bizarre intersections like most hotels in Jackson seem to be. While I’m usually loyal to Marriott, this will be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Jackson.

The staff were very nice. Breakfast was a 10/10! No lie. Buildings are not poor but not too fancy. Average. Could use a little upgrade. My room was clean. It was a pretty good stay. Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately for me, this property had a completely unclean bathroom, which leads me to question the general cleanliness of the property in general. There was hair in the bathroom, and a used soap bar in the shower. The show stopper was the stained wash cloth that was in the bathroom. Just shocking, I have never seen a stained wash cloth in a hotel bathroom ever. The staff was quite friendly, and the property in general was fine, but the bathroom was a disgrace, I should have asked for a refund.
