Kind of disappointed in the room hotel choice of room for me when I arrived. They gave room to someone else then claimed it was overbooked once Hotel.com spoke with them. They explained to me totally different. In for me to have that room I must extend my stay from 3 days to 5 days and thatâs for any room with tub and washer/dryer combination. Not Cool someone should have NOTIFIED me August 1 of their changes. Hotel.com you all sent my reservation to them very late. She stated it was just a few days before my arrival that Hotel.com sent over the service to them. All the wall devices for phone to charge didnâ work!
The front desk clerk was absolutely great. He made check in easy and fast. We did have a small problem with our room but it was rectified immediately with an upgrade.
The hotel is fairly new so everything was clean.
This is the worst property I've ever stayed at. There was no couch, the air conditioner didn't work, no iron or garbage bags. Garbage was left in the room and dishwasher was full of dishes.
I loved the gift shop variety and display, the accomodating staff, the place was so NICE, clean, and close to everything but not smack dab in the middle of everything. I hated the second nights stay had dogs next door that barked everytime I moved as they heard me through a locked adjoining door but their owners shut them down fast. I turned an app on that I sleep with and its whitenoise curbed their abilty to perhaps hear me? I know not to have an adjoining door now with pet friendly places. Super pleased. Everything was great except when we arrived the door lock system was not working so front desk staff had to let us in to our room and if we all left the room front desk staff were the only ones that could let us back in our room. Thankfully it was late and we did not plan to leave the room.
