K made a reservation for a week and the day i was driving to get there from florida someone from the hotel called me telling me there was no rooms available and that they were going to cancel on their end so i wouldn’t get charged for canceling and they never did i got charged i called hotels.com and they could never reach antone at the hotel to confirm that they were the ones that cancelled so that i could get a refund.

Locks on door is broken..they dont have anyone coming to clean rooms, plus they charge you for toilet paper

The room was ok it have the necessary to have a good sleep and prepare some food in the room. But I wasn’t feeling secure to go outside the room during night time. The administration should have more security to avoid homeless people walking around.
