I checked out the next morning because room was not as advertised online and on top of that there was black mold and I have asthma and bronchitis they had no other rooms available or neither a relocation site available hotels.com staff failed to make contact with the property to move forward with cancellation and refunds process so I lost out on my money and I am very disappointed in hotels.com
It was a decent place to stay. Only issues we had was they are cosmetic issues with the property. But you get what you pay for. There was also the beep beep beeping that kept going on threw out the night and day which we found out later was the doorbell for front desk. Also the walls are thin. There was a couple arguing the first night we were there then early in the morning we hated a nothing argument in the front officee area
Nastiest hotel Iâve ever seen! A complete waste! We checked in went to our room and turned around and left back out! This hotel needs to be shut down! You should not even have this hotel on your website itâs that bad! Holes all in the walls everywhere you looked! Toliet seat not even attached! It didnât look like the room had ever been cleaned since they built the place! Horrible experience
