4 of us spent 4 nights at the property and found it comfortable and a convenient 10 minute walk to the Jackson square. We did have problems figuring out the TV and found 2 coffee makers that didnât work upon our arrival. The property manager was very responsive to our issues. Overall 4 stars out of 5.
This was the perfect place to stay with our family for a wedding. It is located within walking distance to the main square. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we need. The washer and dryer allowed for quick loads of laundry. The SRRC was a nice little touch for local morning coffee. Check in was super easy. I enjoyed separate entrances to each level, as not to disturb others in our party. There were plenty of towels for the group. Right across the street is a fantastic park for the kids. Parking can be a bit of a struggle to find later at night depending on how many vehicles your group has as well as how busy the townhomes are, but it wasnât too bad. I did mention to them the broken freezer handle and a broken chair so hopefully they fixed those items before the next guest.the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out but then also enjoy meals together in the dining area. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay with them again.
Our family had a wonderful one-week stay and the place accomodated all of us comfortably. We cooked some meals and had wonderful "family time" together. The walks to downtown was easy and short, even though there were 3 kids under 4. We would definitely recommend staying in the Outpost properties again!
Stayed with a couple families. Nine of us total. Upstairs was warm at night we needed to open a few windows but they didnât have screens on them. We werenât there during the day much so that could have been more uncomfortable. Other than that it worked great for us.
The place is laid out in three floors. Spacious and clean. Close to town and the main road to the parks. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Doesnât have AC and the top floor can be a little warm, but bedrooms are cool and fans are available. Great place for a large family or group traveling for the parks or for the winter activities
This place is ideal for families. It is very spacious and comfortable. A wonderful amount of bathrooms. It was close enough for us to enjoy walks to the main square and I found it convenient to get groceries as well
The three floors were perfect for our group. Each floor had its own kitchen or refrigerator and living area, which gave everyone a bit of privacy, while still being able to stay together. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.
This was a great home for the few days that we stayed in Jackson enjoying the town and Teton National Park! Perfect for our extended family to have plenty of space with a great kitchen and living room area to hang out and bond when not outside. Very well maintained. The small back deck has a view of the Grand Teton peak on clear mornings -- was beautiful!
Only negative was that three of the four units we rented did not have air conditioning and it was very not. That made it pretty intolerable to be on the highest level. You should make it more prominent if a place does not have air conditioning, because people assume the opposite. I would not rent again any of the units without A/C.
Great location! Slept all 9 of us comfortably! The top floor was quite warm in July with no AC but fans were provided throughout the house which was nice. Clean and well stocked! Would stay there again!
This was a great place for us to stay. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The Outpost folks were very helpful with all of my questions. It does take some time to get to JHMR with traffic and snow, but the town square is very accessible.
The multi level unit was so perfect for two families with young adult children! Separate spaces, one full and two "mini" kitchens and laundry on the middle floor met all of our needs. The kitchen was well appointed and if it hadn't been for some minor maintenance issues, this stay would have been perfect!!
It was very difficult to find the rental. The address listed took us to a parking lot with no idea where the rental was located. After studying Google maps for awhile we were able to take some back roads that looked like it would wrap around to the back side of the rental. This is how we finally located the property. It is not well marked at all and is confusing as the numbering system is way different than all the other apartments around it. There is no air conditioning in the rental which is clearly stated in the description. However when we went to open the windows to cool off the property one screen in the upper living room was ripped open. The other window screen in the upstairs living room was completely gone. So they were both unusable. The remaining upstairs window screens were either bent and did not fit well or ripped. The front door is difficult to open even with entering the correct entry code. The upstairs bathroom shower curtain was dirty and stained. The second floor and basement floor was better maintained and appeared cleaner than the first level. So overall it wasnât terrible but I wouldnât rent it again.
The property was fine for our stay because we werenât there much, but if we wanted to spend more time in the property it would have been a little tight. Advertises that it sleeps 12 (we only had 8) which is accurate when you utilize the couch pullout beds, but the living space (kitchen and family room) was too small to gather together. Only couch seating for 4, and kitchen table only fits 6, so no way to play games, watch TV, or eat a meal together at the table.
Many of the dishes and cooking pans had visible food on them, we had to rewash everything. Also no hot pads, no extra kitchen towels.
We couldnât find the unit, and the door is labeled differently than the email instructionsâŠI had to call the help line to make sure I was in the right place, and she had to help me get in because the code didnât appear to work (the door sticks, you just have to shove hard).
We loved being close to downtown and the snow king hill, however.
