I would like to give this property a positive rating, because itâs a beautiful facility, yet Iâm unable to do so for two reasons. The first is due to its front desk charging my credit card after we checked out despite my bill having been paid in full. When I checked in I confirmed with a manager that we had zero balance, because I had read of a similar issue on another review. I checked out early in the morning on my departure date and was told there was a substantial balance. But the clerk said he couldnât fix it and there was no manager on duty, but that he would inform one when one arrived, and theyâd be in contact with me. Needless to say, no contact was made, and my card was charged. I had to call the hotel to get it corrected. Our other issue was with Haydenâs, the onsite restaurant. We had a dinner and breakfast there during our stay. Each time we were seated quickly and food was served promptly. But after we were served, we never saw our servers again, until we called them over for our bills. No beverage refreshments, nothing. And of course, there was an automatic 20% service charge added to our bills. Very disappointing.
